Resepi Kuba Guling

Bahan-bahan :

• 250gm tepung beras
• 150gm tepung jagung
• 3 sudu besar tepung pulut
• 200gm gula
• 1/2 sudu teh kapur makan
• 1/2 cawan santan pekat
• 1 1/2 liter air
• Tempurung bersih yang dibakar (tumbuk, tapis & ambil airnya sahaja)
• Secubit garam

• Kelapa parut yang digaul bersama garam (bahan ini untuk digulingkan kuih yang telah siap)

Cara-cara :

1. Masukkan kesemua bahan dalam kuali, gaulkan serata dan kemudian hidupkan api.
2. Kacau semua bahan menggunakan api yang kecil sehingga pekat (proses seakan membuat kuih koleh kacang)
3. Sediakan loyang atau bekas yang disapukan sedikit minyak
4. Tuangkan adunan yang likat tadi & biarkan sehingga sejuk
5. Apabila sejuk, potongkan kuih tersebut dan gulingkan di dalam kelapa parut yang digaulkan sedikit bersama garam.

Agak senang jugak nak buat kuih ni cuma leceh sikit bab tempurung bakar tu. Sebenarnya tempurung bakar tu bertindak sebagai bahan pewarna untuk menghitamkan kuih kuba guling ni.
